Mio Vibrating Cock Ring

Repeat after me, cock rings are good, cock rings are wise… but vibrating, multi-speed, multi-pattern, water proof, rechargeable cock rings rule them all! The most commonly used toys around our house are always vibrating cock rings. Mrs. Toy loves the way they vibrate her clit as we make love, and I love the fact that I don’t have to use my hands to do so, they are free for other things. The one thing we’ve always missed in the rings we had was the ability to adjust the power and patterns of the vibration. Enter the Mio from Je Joue.

The Mio is a high end, multi-speed, multi-pattern vibrating cock ring. You can set it to any of five different speeds in combination with six different pulsation patterns. It is made of a soft, very smooth and stretchy Silicone which is phthalate free. The Mio is also completely waterproof, making this a great toy for the shower or bath. The Mio’s battery is recharged via a magnetic clip on charger which charges to full in 2 hours, providing 2 hours of use. Not bad! Babeland carries the Mio in black and purple.

After opening the box, we found the charger easy to use as the magnets only allow the charger to attach in the correct position. The toy appears very well constructed, smooth finished edges, nothing rough to catch on sensitive bits. After several (yes we ran out the battery at least once) uses, we have had no mechanical issues with the toy so far.

Mr. Toy:

Of all the cock rings we’ve owned, this is the most comfortable for me, both wearing and putting on/off. The silicone is very stretchy and smooth, which makes it easy to slide on or off even without lube. With no hard or pointy corners, it felt good against me even when Mrs. Toy was grinding at it with wild abandon!  I especially like the waterproof part, as you can simply run this under warm water and use some soap to clean it up when done. This is the lowest maintenance ring we’ve used by far.

The Mio has a very strong vibration, but it is a bit on the noisy side compared to some other rings we’ve used. We were able to manipulate the three buttons to change the settings fairly easily, but it did require a pause in the action as we had to separate our bodies enough to reach a hand in there and press the buttons, at least until she found the setting she preferred. The only thing I could think of that would improve this toy would be a quality wireless remote.

Mrs. Toy:

I have not really played with a vibrating cock ring that has so many options. Maybe one of these days I will get through more settings, but right now I can't seem to get through the first couple options before I don't want to change it anymore. A wireless remote control or even wired would make it easier to change setting instead of having to reach down and push buttons, but if you are like me and find a setting that works for you there isn't a need to change it often. A setting for whatever mood you are in for that sex session, what could be better. With the soft material surrounding it and rounded corners there is nothing to poke, or pinch your skin. Being waterproof also makes it so much more versatile. Combine it with some warming clit cream and let the two work together for a very intense ride. So many speeds and pulses to play with, Mr. Toy is in for some fun!

Conclusions:

Our Pro’s:  Waterproof, rechargeable, long lasting, stretchy, smooth, comfortable, multi-speed, multi-pattern, strong vibrations.

Our Con’s:  It is a bit loud when you ramp it up, and a wireless remote would go a long way towards ease of use, but these are small problems in an otherwise terrific toy.

If you are a fan of vibrating cock rings, or if you’ve wanted to get one but not knows which… we both feel completely comfortable recommending the Mio from Babeland!
