Different men's semen tastes different, of course (one guy I was briefly with tasted really bitter in an icky sort of medicinal way--maybe he was on medication, I don't know), but  most men's semen tastes to me more or less like baked brie, which is to say, not unpleasant.  That said, the sooner swallowed, the better.  The slithery texture rather than the taste starts to ick me out if I can't swallow it all right away.  Anyway, rather than try to describe the taste, I encourage you to go out, buy some cheap brie, bake it, spread it on crackers, and see--or rather, taste--for yourself.  Sorry if I've ruined baked brie for everyone.

My partners have said they always enjoyed tasting and eating my semen. Some of what makes it good is I have had some past surgeries from cancer that now reduce the volume and I don't have a lot of sperm in my semen sometimes none at all. I think sperm causes some of the bitterness in semen.

What works for me in having a good flavor in my semen is eating lots of pineapple. Pineapple is my favorite fruit I eat lots of it along with grapefruit, and other citrus, berries and apples. I've never noticed much variation in my partner's taste over the past 22 yrs...a bit salty, fishy, tangy...I love the taste, love to savor it in the back of my throat after. He smokes (both tobacco and Cannibas, but not a great deal of either) and is not a vegetarian (as I am) but rarely gets meat, and he never drinks pineapple juice. Hardly ever eats fruit (naughty boy) but plenty of veggies. Overall, my taste and scent are very sensitive and some things will just really set me off into full-blown nausea/revulsion, but his cum has never triggered anything like that. And it always seems to taste about the same to me, though maybe I am just not paying close enough attention (more into the spasms and pumping action and sounds and oh my!)

Some time ago my ex-wife and I were partying with a friend and it went into a m-m-f sexual afternoon. When he was just about to come, my wife pushed me down a little harder so when he did blow his load it was deep into my mouth. Pineapple is KING. My girlfriend kicked into overdrive one day and to my delight couldn't seem to get enough. We narrowed it down to the pineapple juice that I had just started drinking on a regular basis. It also seems to affect her taste too, although before she started drinking it she tasted fantastic to me. It's just now that she has a sweetish taste. I have to disagree with most of the responses. I do not find it yummy, however I won't refuse to swallow for my boyfriend. I just use tricks so to speak, a lifesaver under my tongue etc.

Anybody ever notice how those giant Portabella mushrooms, when wetted under a faucet, taste rather like, yes, you guessed it! Semen! If you haven't, try them under those circumstances sometime, for me. Also, sometimes not-so-new lettuce chunks taste like semen, funky semen that is! Years ago I heard a phone call to a radio sex-expert in which the caller described her boyfriend's semen as tasting like ajax. The therapist didn't seem to believe it and was trying to tell this poor woman it was all in her approach and mental view of drinking it. However, while not as bad as ajax nobody has found mine to taste any good and that includes me. Whether it's the semen or the liquid it travels on I don't know. But the horrible taste is part of the pre-come as well. Diet? I don't think so. Smoking? Nope. Genetics.... probably .... I've always worked under the theory that if I don't like it I can't expect anyone else to either.
