I have found that the taste and texture of a man's cum is as personal and individual as he is. I had one lover who had thin sort of acidic cum and I can't say that I enjoyed that. Can't say I like the taste of ejaculate. It's more the texture/consistency then the taste that I find hard to deal with, kinda slimy, the viscidity is a turn off. The taste depends on the man, some have a gentle taste, while others are bitter tasting - bleachy. Some have a strong odor like cleaning fluid.

Different men's semen tastes different, of course (one guy I was briefly with tasted really bitter in an icky sort of medicinal way--maybe he was on medication, I don't know), but  most men's semen tastes to me more or less like baked brie, which is to say, not unpleasant.  That said, the sooner swallowed, the better.  The slithery texture rather than the taste starts to ick me out if I can't swallow it all right away.  Anyway, rather than try to describe the taste, I encourage you to go out, buy some cheap brie, bake it, spread it on crackers, and see--or rather, taste--for yourself.  Sorry if I've ruined baked brie for everyone.
