It depends on the type of stimulation. Clitoral orgasms can be fairly intense, but the feeling is localized, pretty much in the lower body area. G-spot orgasms, on the other hand, are an entirely different situation. When you first experience one, it almost feels like you're going to pee, but if you continue stimulation (best done with a vibrator specifically shaped to do the job—try Adam and Eve's g- spot rabbit [G-spot Worm works well also]—or your partners two fingers curved up as they slam in and out of you—it's hard to reach by yourself unless you have huge hands), the feeling builds into intense pressure, then dissolves in short, intense bursts from the lower abs and back, exploding outward (almost like fireworks) and reaching every nerve-ending down to the tips of your fingers and toes.
