Lately, I've been thinking about getting my nipples pierced, just to find out about certain feelings I've been told about. For the life of me, I can't see all the controversy over men and women piercing their nipples and genital regions. After all it's of no more importance than if a person pierces his or her ears. In my opinion it should be up to the person doing it instead of the nudist/naturist resorts that restrict people from wearing the jewelry in them after they have spent the money getting the piercings. A lot of piercings will start closing up if a person goes very long without the ring or barbell in the piercing. This is harassment on the resorts part just as much as the non- nudist lobbying against nudist resorts and beaches trying to do away with them using the excuse that it will damage the children. This is bull shit. It boils down to being one group of people trying to control and force another group of people to bend to their wants and dislikes. 

I know that there are some exhibitionist in every thing, but why start throwing your weight around until it is necessary? When it becomes necessary, only then at the exhibitionist, not at everyone who has a piercing below the waist. Sorry folks, reading the posting in other web sheets about resorts in Florida and up the east coast discriminating against nudist/naturist this way makes my blood pressure get up. The way I see it, when a person behaves him or herself and this happens-- it is nothing more than out right discrimination and harassment. Maybe we need to go to the expense and efforts to get lobbyist to start presenting our side of the picture.

I have had my hood pierced for about a year and a half. It's the best 150 dollars I ever invested in myself. Concerns of infection— it shouldn't occur. Urine is the most friendly antiseptic for your body. As long as you follow your piercing instructions you should be fine. I rinsed with salt water. I was healed within 2 days roaring to go... Haven't stopped touching myself since...it's truly a pleasure.

Having read the comments I knew I had to post some myself. Scarlet said that the tongue was the worst one to have done [see Scarlet's entry below]. In actual fact it is the nose that is the worst one to have done because the nose is constantly full of germs whereas the mouth is constantly being cleaned. 

The most hygienic piecings are genital piecings. I have had several piecings in the past, ear(3 times), tragus, nose (twice) and nipple. I no longer have the tragus, nose or nipple ones because of the job that I do. I would gladly have them all again. First of all I want to start by saying I love tattoos and piercings. I am very intrigued by both. I think that they're sexy as long as you don't have too many. I have one tattoo on my lower leg, but I plan to get a few more. I have 2 piercings in each earlobe, both of my nipples pierced horizontally with a straight barbell, and a vertical hood piercing with a curved barbell. 

As far as pain goes tattoos just sting a little bit not much pain at all, my vertical hood only hurt right when the needle first went through after that there was no pain only pleasure, and my nipples hurt like hell and they were sore for weeks, but I'm glad I got them because not only do they look good the sensation of them being licked is incredible.

I don't regret my tattoo or any of my piercings, I love them all. My nipple piercings gave me a certain amount of confidence that I never had. I've showed them to a lot of my friends and they loved them. Now I don't mind showing off my beautiful girls to anyone.

I decided to get some piercings done to please my partner and to spruce up my body after two surgeries left me pretty scarred. Funny at one time I said never its nuts, even as the piercer was setting up I thought I was nuts. It's five days after I had one nipple and my clit hood done. I sure wish I was one of the lucky ones that felt little to no pain during and after the piercing. The nipple piercing used up all those wonderful endorphins so when I had my hood done the sensation was crystal clear. Luckily the pain isn't for very long and walking and functioning wasn't a big deal.

Allie, [see entry below] if you care any thing about your teeth, ask the guy to remove the jewelry before you start giving him oral. I know it sounds wild and is a turn on to think about doing it with the barbell or rings in place but this is an excellent way to chip, crack, or break your teeth. In a relationship, it is easy to forget or get excited to the point of nibbling and hitting the jewelry. It really saves on the dental bills.

I know when I am old that the tattoos wont look good; that's why I got them on my back. No one will see my back when I am 90! Nor do they see them now unless I want them to. Same with piercings which I am sure will be gone by then. There is too much enjoyment now to worry about a wrinkled back when I am 90.
