I have received a lovely set of gold Ben Wa balls, and naturally are expected to use them. Does anyone have any experience with them? Do you worry about them "wandering" or disappearing? Back about 15 years ago when I was working as an Elevator man, I was finishing up lubricating an escalator in a shopping mall.  I had just put in the floor plate and had taken the 'Do not use' flag off at the the lower end, when a young woman asked if she could use the escalator.  Well, I said sure and as she got on, I remembered the flag was still on at the top end. I just read a couple of your stories about the ben wa ball getting lost inside of you. I am having the same problem, and was hope someone could help me out. I put the balls inside me on Friday night, and fell asleep with the balls still inside me.  One of the balls did come out and other one is still missing. 

It is now Thursday night which means the missing ball has been inside me for 6 days.  I have tried everything my boyfriend and I could think of to get the ball out.  If you have any ideas please let me know, I am really getting upset.

What's the point? There are a couple - they can help with Kegel exercises - in which case you want a ball or egg with some weight. I have a set of 4 different sized Jade eggs. They are drilled for string, but I use them without. The Jade is polished smooth and cool. It's a natural substance and easy to clean.

Sort of counter-intuitively the smallest egg is the hardest to keep in, even though it's the lightest. You have to have really good PC muscles with a good tight grip to keep the smallest one in. I like to use the middle 2 (sometimes together) or the largest one.  Besides helping keep the PC muscles in shape, having them inserted helps this Woman of a Certain Age feel erotic and sexy. I've recommended these goodies to a number of women that have a condition known as as prolapsed uterus (or prolapsed cervix)... usually after a childbirth or two. Sometimes the cervix drops downward into the vagina following childbirth which creates two distinct pockets (fore-&-aft) within the vagina.

My general favorite is the duo-toned ben wa balls (slightly smaller in size when compared to a golf ball) will reshape the vagina to a forward (anterior) directed shape that will line the entire vagina up to get the best g-spot stimulation.

For those women I have know that suffer from a severe prolapse (or just when I want a different sensation), I present them with a pair of the larger "hand exerciser" balls with those wonderful chimes inside. These are meant to be twirled in the hand, but if you drill them out, use a body-friendly cording to connect them and coat them with a body-friendly material to seal them against rusting... these larger balls actually make for a tighter fit and whether used for pre-sex preparation or for use with masturbation, they produce a level of toning to the vagina that has to be felt to be believed (by both partners).
