I've recommended these goodies to a number of women that have a condition known as as prolapsed uterus (or prolapsed cervix)... usually after a childbirth or two. Sometimes the cervix drops downward into the vagina following childbirth which creates two distinct pockets (fore-&-aft) within the vagina.

Ok I bought the Ben wa balls. I couldn't wait to try these gold weighted goodies. I bought them to help tighten things up in this area because my new boyfriend is not very large and I was hoping if I tighten things up it would help.

Update from the field Ok, I have two new updates on my personal experience with the ben wa balls. 1) Jessica [see Jessica's entry below]- Based on what I know about basic female anatomy and from my own experience in this personal journey, the ball getting way up inside for 1/2 hr. is not unusual. When your muscles started to relax their grip, the ball starts coming back down (gravity!).

The second item involves the cleaning of the balls. I recalled a post where someone said to boil the balls afterwards because of the seams. Perfect sense! So I did this, and I must've done it too long, because when I went back to the kitchen, the pretty outer coating had boiled right off! And, they were kinda melted, like the coating was warped around the metal ball. Ruined.
