J.T. Benjamin is our resident philosopher who often gets All Worked Up about anything that happens to tickle his…elbow. So we decided to give him a platform where he can let it all hang out.

About J.T. Benejamin:

J.T. Benjamin can, and has, waxed philosophic on an enormous diversity of issues; politics, economics, philosophy, religion, history, psychology, biology, and oh, yeah, sex sex sex. J.T. attributes his broad range of interests on either a vastly curious and inquiring mind, coupled with a deeply nuanced skill in dissecting and re-configuring relevant pieces of information, or a short attention span.

J.T. says, "I'm a generalist. I write about what interests me, which is just about everything." His resume reflects the diversity of his interests. He's been a disk jockey, insurance salesman, private investigator, journalist, college professor, child advocate, political activist, truckdriver, thief,.doctor, lawyer, Indian Chief. He's currently trying to start a hippie commune in the Denver/Boulder area.

One of J.T.'s most passionate interests is sex. However, J.T. insists he's not alone in his passion.

"Most of us refuse to admit it," he says, "but we're all sexual creatures. We're all here because of sex. Sex is one of the most fundamental drives of every living thing on this planet. It's a major part of what we do, how we live, what we think, and why we're here. We're all passionate about sex, although most of us sadly exercise that passion in trying to suppress it. If I'm any different from anyone else out there, it's because I acknowledge I'm a sexual creature, I refuse to suppress my passion, and I'm willing to talk about it."
