Riley Vibrating Silicone Dildo

This month we take a look at the Riley Vibrating Silicone Dildo from the good people at Good Vibrations. While we have used many different strap-on harnesses, we have never before had a vibrating dildo that would work with them. This particular dildo is similar to most others we have seen in that it is made of silicone which makes it somewhat soft and just a tiny bit flexible. It has a flared base that does a good job securing it in any compatible harness, which is just about every harness we have ever tried. The Riley is curved, 6 ½” long, and 1 3/8” at its widest point, with a semi-realistic penis shaped head at the tip.

Designed for either vaginal or anal play, what really sets this toy apart from others we have tried is the bullet vibe at its base. The included bullet vibe looks to be removable, but I was unable to do so without great effort so you won’t want to do it that often. The vibe is controlled by a simple on/off button at its end, which is reached at the base of the dildo itself, inside your harness. It is limited to a single speed, but is quite powerful if a bit loud at times when in use. The included vibe is listed as waterproof, and it certainly survived washing with soap and running water in the sink.

Mr. Toy:

What can I say about this dildo? It fits snugly in our favorite dual penetration harness, allowing me to enter Mrs. Toy vaginally and anally at the same time. It is long enough to make it easy to manage the dual entry, and slim enough that we didn’t need a lot of warm-up before she took it anally, though she definitely appeared to feel the ‘tip’ as it entered!

I found it a bit awkward to reach inside the harness to turn the toy on and off, but since you don’t have any speeds to change, you don’t really need to do that very often. With the bullet being removable though, you can replace the included one with your favorite wired or wireless bullet and use that instead of the provided one. The toy looked and felt very well made and was also very easy to clean which is important in any toy. I thoroughly enjoyed Mrs. Toy’s reactions to the vibration and I suspect this will become our “go to” dildo for future DP sessions!

Mrs. Toy:

Before your partner pushes the button make sure you get a warning, a countdown, or something. I almost jumped off the bed when Mr. Toy turned it on. I'm not saying it didn't feel good, boy did it, but it felt and sounded like I was in a car and someone revved up the engine at the start line. It gave me the green light to go and did I ever! With the wide base on it you have many options for use. It fits well in a harness and is a nice size to put in one, or could be used on its own if you prefer. Since there are no buttons to play with when using it, once you start the race you won't need to stop until you hit the finish line.

Conclusions:

Our Pro’s: Good shape and size, well built, solid, strong vibrations, included bullet is water proof

Our Con’s:  A bit loud at times, only a single speed
